Harvest and peeling

Suitable stems are harvested and the bark is carefully removed by skilled peelers. Craft knowledge is central to producing fine true cinnamon.

Rolling and drying

Thin bark sections are layered and rolled into quills, then dried under controlled handling before grading.

Preparing for export

The finished cinnamon is cut or processed as required, inspected, tested according to the order and packed for shipment.
